A frightening X-ray shows a doll of the “Toy Story” hero stuck inside a patient’s backside.

The jaw-dropping image is among 100 strange X-ray shots to be published in a book called “Stuck Up.” The book is written by three doctors who want to alleviate some of the shame associated with embarassing medical problems.

“Younger people are more likely to swallow objects, or stick them in their nose or ears,” said Dr. Marty Sindhian to TheHuffington Post, one of the three authors of the book. “They will put everything in their mouth.”

Other causes of such incidents include tripping and ‘falling’ or ‘landing’ on the object while doing chores in the nude, explained Dr. Rich Dreben.

Among the X-ray photos are items such as sunglasses, a container, a pair of scissors, a cassette tape and even an iPod.

“Other times, patients are forthcoming in explaining that their predicaments resulted from sexual activity,” said Dreben.
